My Story!
Hi,
I am Monica, The founder of Monica's Bakery!
I have a great passion for the food and catering industry. Having gained a wealth of knowledge and experience through 14 years of in the industry, I decided it was time to try something for myself.
I wanted to combine traditional techniques and fresh ingredients with creativity to make uncompromising bread, pastries and treats. I always love to experiment with new techniques to keep offerings exciting and tasty products, that I think you will love.
A baker’s life is not easy, but it is very rewarding! I am excited to share with you my passion and just as excited about the future of Monica's Bakery.
